Monday - 6.00 pm Mixed Ability - Commencing 9th January 2012 - 8 Weeks
Monday - 7.00 pm Level 3 - Commencing 9th January 2012 - 8 Weeks
Tuesday - 1.00 pm Mixed Ability - Due to demand, this class is currently full - 8 Weeks
Tuesday - 7.00 pm Mixed Ability - Commencing 10th January 2012 - 8 Weeks
Wednesday - 1.00 pm Beginners - Commencing 11th January 2012 - 8 Weeks

All other courses run for 8 weeks €140

Places can only be secured by full payment

Unfortunately, no refunds/credits can be given for missed classes, however if 24hrs notice is given every effort will be made to offer an alternative class.

****Workouts in your Workplace****

Lesley is available to run Pilates classes in your workplace, subject to sufficient numbers (min. 6) and a suitable room being available. Classes can be run before or after work - no shower needed before returning to work. Call Lesley to enquire further - 086 3612521

LEVEL 2	6+ MONTHS EXPERIENCE APPROX
LEVEL 3	9-12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE APPROX

1-2-1 SESSION Or

Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery if item is not in stock.
