Welcome to the ABSolute Pilates website where you can find out all you need to know about Pilates. To be sure of being kept up-to-date, join our mailing list, using the subscription link on this page.

ABSolute Pilates currently offer classes of different levels at City Centre and Southside Locations. Classes are held morning, lunchtime and evening – something to suit everyone’s timetable.

City centre classes are held in Fitzwilliam Health Clinic, 19 Fitzwilliam Square , Dublin 2. Southside classes are held in Taney Parish Centre, Dundrum Dublin 14.
